Romain, master cheese maker, and Marie, wine expert, will guide you through this discovery that will delight your palate.
Lou Canesteou, a fine cheese shop established in Vaison since 1990, selects its producers by favoring quality over quantity with a strong local accent, refining a variety of cheeses from the region in its cellars.
